Preventing Harassment
Program Description: Description: This 4-hour course is designed to provide information about the details of legal issues related to harassment. Participants will learn to identify the types of harassment (including Sexual, Racial, Cultural, Disability, Religious, Age, etc). They will learn the risks that harassment creates for an organization and how to appropriately respond when it occurs. There is a management program as well as a program designed for all employees.
